Jen was the bright spot in my remodeling project. I eventually fell out with the contractor but having Jen involved kept me sane during the process. She effectively communicated and follow up on tasks in a timely manner. She quickly figured out my style and adapted to meet likes. Even after my remodeling project was complete, I used here to help with the design of my outside pool build and working with the landscaper for plants, planters/pots, etc. I continue to reach out to her for all my home improvement projects. Jen was always fair with her pricing and I never felt that she was over charging, unfair or unreasonable.
